Vicki's Tours Company Policies

In order to provide quality guided group tours, we ask that you read our COMPANY POLICIES before booking:

Transportation: We use late-model motorcoaches. All are equipped with a restroom, adjustable seats, adjustable footrest, public address system, tinted panoramic view windows, heat, and air-conditioning.

Sightseeing: All sightseeing tours, guides, and admissions are covered in the tour price as outlined in the itinerary. Vicki’s Tours reserves the right to substitute attractions or accommodations with better or equal value if necessary.

Accommodations: Whenever possible we use Hampton Inns or comparable accommodations. Lower level and a non-smoking room are booked when possible but are not always available.

Meals: Meals are covered only if stated in the itinerary. Breakfast (B), Lunch (L), Dinner (D)
Your escort will serve you light snacks & water. Of course, you are always welcome to bring goodies from home.

Luggage: Luggage is limited to one large bag per person. You may, of course, take a piece of carry-on luggage (small enough to fit on the overhead rack or under the seat), if you are willing to be responsible for it. We will not be responsible for damaged luggage, however, you can be assured that we will handle your luggage with care.

Gratuities: All necessary tips to bellmen, doormen, dining room, and step-on guides, included in the tour cost, are included.

Tour Director: Each tour is fully escorted by a congenial Tour Director whose responsibility includes the handling of all tour details and offering complete attention to the comfort and pleasure of the passenger. This will be Vicki 99% of the time! Items not included in Tour Price: Meals other than those listed on the itinerary. Valet and room service, telephone calls, and all other items of a personal nature.

Clothing: Comfortable, casual clothing and walking shoes are suggested. Layered clothing is suggested for various types of weather. You will be informed of any dress-up occasions. Many hotels have swimming pools and Jacuzzis, so you may wish to bring your swimsuit.

Reservations and Deposits: Reservations made by phone will be held for six days, pending receipt of your deposit. Seats will be assigned from the front to back in the order in which deposits are received. Deposits and final payments are due according to the dates listed in the brochure. You will not be billed.



Cancellation Policy: Full refund will be made if you cancel before the final payment is due. After the final payment is due, we reserve the right to make refunds on an individual basis according to hotel policies, the number of persons on the tour, and individual circumstances. Refunds will be issued after the tour has been completed. If for some reason Vicki’s Tours cancels a tour, all monies including deposits will be refunded. I will refund as much as I can recover. You can purchase Travel Insurance for any trip. Please ask for information if you are interested.

Final Tour Information: Ten to fourteen days before departure, you will receive final tour information including your specific departure point and time, luggage tags, hotel list with phone numbers, changes in itinerary, and other information (excluding one day tours, in which case a postcard will be sent)


Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the motorcoach, however, we do make frequent rest stops. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the coach.

Devotional: On many of our tours, we are traveling on Sunday. Vicki’s Tours will always have some type of non-
denominational worship service on the coach including a devotional, singing, and prayer.

Gratuities: Gratuities to your motorcoach operator are strictly voluntary. If you feel he has done an outstanding job, $2.50 to $3.00 per person per day is customary.
